About
Sophia Moutsatsos is an associate practicing in the Business Law Group and joined the firm in August, 2018.
Her corporate experience includes assisting with business sales and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and drafting various corporate agreements. Sophia has also handled both residential and corporate real estate transactions. She takes a collaborative approach to problem solving and works with the MLA team to ensure each client’s needs are met.
Sophia sits on the Board of Directors for the Art Gallery of Sudbury and the Nickel Basin Federal Development Corporation. She is also a member of the Hellenic Canadian Lawyers Association.
